By creating an account, opening a caregiver invite, or otherwise using TukoCare, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
TukoCare is a service operated by AssignMe. It is a coordination tool for families to follow the in-home care of a loved one — verified check-ins, care checklists, photo/note updates, scheduling, and messaging. It is not a medical device, an electronic health record, or a provider of medical advice or emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
If you are a caregiver, you acknowledge that when you check in, TukoCare may record the time and, with your permission, your device’s location at that moment to confirm the visit occurred at the family-designated place. You may decline location; check-ins can still be recorded without verification. TukoCare does not track your location continuously.
Some features use artificial intelligence to summarise visits, flag possible urgent notes, answer questions from your logs, suggest activities, and turn recordings into stories. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is provided for convenience and family coordination only, is not medical advice, and must not be relied upon for clinical, safety, or emergency decisions. Always use your own judgement and contact a professional or emergency services when needed. AI features are optional and only operate when enabled.
If you use the optional recording/story feature, you agree to record only with the consent of everyone present, especially the older adult, and to comply with all recording and wiretap laws that apply where you are (these vary by state and country and may require one-party or all-party consent). Recordings are for private family memory-keeping and engagement, not surveillance or monitoring, and must not be used to harass, coerce, or unlawfully monitor anyone. You are responsible for how you record and share this content.
The incident ledger lets caregivers and family record factual observations (with time, author, and an acknowledgement). These entries are informational records for transparency between the family and caregivers; they are not legal findings, medical assessments, or determinations of fault, and TukoCare does not verify their accuracy.
Do not misuse the service, including: entering another person’s protected health records; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempting to access circles you were not invited to; or interfering with the service’s security. Only invite people who should see the loved one’s care.
New families receive a two-week free trial with full features. After the trial you may continue on a paid Family plan, or your family may be sponsored free by an agency that uses our partner product. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Settings and retain access through the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it within your circle and operate the service. You can export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
TukoCare is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that a check-in, note, or photo reflects the quality or safety of care, and we are not responsible for the acts of caregivers or agencies. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using TukoCare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
