Quick answers
How do I build a board?
Add your areas with “+ Add section”, build your team on the Roster tab (import, paste, photo, or by hand), then tap “Build today from roster” or “Auto-assign” and Apply.
How do I share it with staff?
Tap “Share / QR” for a read-only live link or QR code — no login needed. Add managers by invite in Account settings.
What’s free vs. paid?
Manual assigning, editing, printing and sharing are free forever. Tunza AI (auto-assign, 24-hour staging, coverage, notify, staff self-service, rules) is the $79/month add-on.
Notifications
In the mobile app, allow notifications when prompted so managers get alerts when emails go out, when staff submit requests, and when shifts change. You can change this any time in your device settings.
Billing
Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Account → Billing in the app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
