Effective date: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AssignMe, the staff assignment board service provided at assignme.health ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
1. The Service
AssignMe provides digital staff assignment boards for healthcare and other shift-based teams. The Service is a workforce coordination tool. It is not an electronic health record, is not intended to store patient information, and must not be used to record patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, medications, or any other protected health information. Automated safeguards may block content that appears to contain patient information.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are limited to one facility tool and the number of boards selected at signup. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and trials
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. When a trial ends or a subscription lapses, boards are hidden until an active subscription resumes; your data is retained. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other organizations' data, probing or disrupting the Service, reverse engineering, reselling access, or entering unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your data
Your organization owns the content it puts on its boards. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to your authorized users. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Facilities should keep a printed fallback for critical workflows. We may improve or modify features, and will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AssignMe is a coordination aid and does not make staffing, clinical, or safety decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. On closure, we delete the organization's stored board data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this site with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
